The Illinois Power Agency issues this Request for Stakeholder Feedback to solicit comments on various topics as the Agency prepares to open new capacity for the Adjustable Block Program in line with new Program requirements that stem from the Climate and Equitable Jobs Act (Public Act 102-0662).
The linked documents below provide background on the various requests and pose numerous questions for stakeholder input. Stakeholders can respond to as few or as many of these topics as they see fit.
Feedback on the topics outlined are requested no later than November 4, 2021. Details for how to submit responses are found in each individual document.

The Agency expects to issue an additional request for stakeholder feedback on the community-driven community solar selection process and criteria early next week.
Workshop Information
To facilitate feedback, the Illinois Power Agency (IPA) will be holding two virtual workshops on Thursday, October 21, 2021 to solicit comments from stakeholders related to Adjustable Block Program reopening. The first workshop will cover topics related to new Program requirements that are outlined in the stakeholder feedback documents above. More information on the workshops is contained in the Program Administrator’s October 7th announcement.
