Application Tips and Tricks – Data Discrepancies

Supplementing previous guidance, the Program Administrator seeks to continue supporting stakeholders in the avoidance of project applications entering Need Info status.

  • Data discrepancies between the application and the interconnection agreement or Certificate of Completion (COC)/Permission to Operate (PTO) are common causes of Need Info requests that delay Part II verification. Please ensure the following are completed and reviewed:
    • Both documents must be uploaded with the Part II project application. The interconnection agreement and COC/PTO are not interchangeable.
    • Check that the address, customer name, and AC size reasonably match between the uploaded documents and the data entered in the application. Explain any differences using the Overview Comments section.
    • Check that the documents are signed by the Electric Distribution Company.
