Supplementing previous guidance, the Program Administrator seeks to continue supporting stakeholders in the avoidance of project applications entering Need Info status.
- Document Reminder – The Program recommends that stakeholders include the Application number and description in the file name of supporting documents submitted with project applications. In addition, uploading supporting documents to the designated application location, rather than in “additional documents”, helps support faster review.
- An example of this would be for the Certified Transcript of Payroll document (which is submitted in Part II) should be named “CTP_App_123456″.
