Pursuant to ICC Order dated May 27, 2021, REC contract amendments to implement payment deferrals for DY2021- 2022 are to be developed in consultation with stakeholders and REC contract counterparties. On July 30, 2021, the Illinois Power Agency published the request for stakeholder comments regarding the Draft REC Contract Amendments.
Responses were due on August 12, 2021. The four comments the Agency received can be viewed here.
