As a result of the passage of the Climate and Equitable Jobs Act (Public Act 102-0662), a substantial refresh of the Adjustable Block Program REC contracts is being conducted. On November 19, 2021, the Illinois Power Agency published a request for stakeholder comments regarding the Second Drafts of the 2021 REC Delivery Contracts. Responses were due on December 2, 2021. The comments the Agency received can be viewed here.
The Adjustable Block Program Administrator would like to thank all stakeholders that provided comments on the Adjustable Block Program’s Second Draft REC contract and will be announcing the next steps in the process shortly.
