On February 22, 2023, the Agency released a request for public comment on requirements for projects submitted to the Public Schools category of the Illinois Shines program.Responses were due on March 3, 2023, and the comments the Agency received can be viewed here: https://illinoisshines.com/solar-project-categories/#public-schoolsFollowing the review and consideration of public comments, the Agency intends to finalize requirements for the 2023-2024 Program year/Delivery year beginning June 1, 2023.The Illinois Power Agency thanks all stakeholders who provided comments on the Public Schools Category requirements.
