The Final Lottery Procedure Document for the initial opening of the Adjustable Block Program has been released by the IPA and the Program Administrator. An additional explanatory document providing guidance on certain decisions made by the IPA and the Program Administrator regarding the lottery process can be downloaded here. The IPA and the Program Administrator appreciate all of the stakeholder comments and feedback we have received through the two comment periods held in September and November.
