New Feature Functionality Release Schedule:
- Batching functionality for all project categories other than Traditional Community Solar will be available in the portal beginning at 8 a.m. CT on Thursday, October 27, 2022
- Traditional Community Solar Part I application submission and batching will be available in the portal beginning at 8 a.m. CT on Tuesday, November 1
- The Part II application for all categories is currently planned for a tentative release in mid-to-late November
- Ability to allow the Program Administrator to move Part I applications back to In Progress status to allow editing is in progress and expected to be available shortly
- API functionality for Disclosure Forms is expected before the close of the calendar year
Issue Reports and Bug Fixes:
- CSV Uploads – Some Approved Vendors have reported difficulties with CSV uploads. No known portal issues exist, though the issue is being investigated. AVs should confirm they have downloaded and are using the current CSV templates, available in the portal, and utilizing the correct DG form depending on project and purchase/lease type. Each DG category requires its own template and upload.
- Disclosure Form Bugs – Multiple issue/bug investigations are currently being addressed, including but not limited to AV ability to resume a Power Purchase Agreement Disclosure Form following “saving and continue” so that all fields including the customer electric utility field are accessible and editable.
Any Planned Outages:
- Planned portal maintenance is scheduled for 8:00 p.m. CT on Friday, October 21 to implement technical enhancements in support of users. The maintenance is expected to last between 30 minutes and two hours, during which time users will be unable to access the portal.
