On March 22, 2024, the Illinois Power Agency issued a request for comments on the 2024 Draft REC Contracts (which are posted on the Program Documents page) for Illinois Shines. The Draft REC Contracts have changes to conform with the ICC’s Final Order on the IPA’s 2024 Long-Term Renewable Resources Procurement Plan dated February 20, 2024.
