On April 22, 2021 the Adjustable Block Program Administrator released a Request for Stakeholder Feedback on system design criteria for distributed generation projects with a deadline of response of May 14, 2021. The deadline for this request for feedback will be extended to May 21, 2021. Additionally, the Agency expects this topic to be discussed at workshops planned for June and there will be additional opportunities for stakeholder feedback at that workshop and subsequent comment process (additional information on workshops will be forthcoming). While the Agency expects this process to inform the process of revising the Long-Term Plan and thus any changes to be considered would be included in that process, the Agency may consider certain incremental changes outside of that process such as updating the content of disclosure forms.
