The Illinois Power Agency issues this Request for Stakeholder Feedback to solicit comments on Block Closing and Community Solar Capacity Allocation as the Agency prepares to open new capacity for the Adjustable Block Program in line with new Program requirements that stem from the Climate and Equitable Jobs Act (Public Act 102-0662).
