On March 3, 2021, the Illinois Power Agency (“Agency”) filed a petition with the Illinois Commerce Commission (”ICC”) for the reopening of Docket No. 19-0995, the proceeding related to the Revised Long-Term Renewable Resources Procurement Plan. This filing demonstrated that the available renewable portfolio standard (“RPS”) budget for the 2021-2022 delivery year (“DY2021-2022”) could face a funding shortfall.
