It has come to the Program Administrator’s attention that ComEd’s Community Solar subscription portal may prevent Community Solar subscription last-minute edits regarding quarter-end updates such as new enrollments, size changes, and terminations due to a technical issue. Because of this inconvenience, the Program Administrator is working with the utilities to ensure that ComEd’s portal issue will not impact recorded subscription levels tied to quarterly reports. ComEd believes the portal issue will be resolved tomorrow, March 1, 2022.
As a result, we expect to use Community Solar subscription level reporting with end of day data on March 1, 2022, as the benchmarking date rather than today, February 28th. Still, this date could be extended further into the future if need be depending on when the portal issue is fixed by ComEd. The contracting teams at the utilities agreed to extend the subscriber deadline for Sellers due to this technical issue. Please reach out with any questions you may have on this issue.
