Thank you to all Illinois Shines Approved Vendors and Designees who responded to the 2023 Illinois Shines Approved Vendor and Designee Program Satisfaction Survey. On September 18, 2023, the Program Administrator issued an Approved Vendor and Designee Program Satisfaction Survey designed to gauge the satisfaction of Approved Vendors and Designees participating in the Illinois Shines program.  

The specific goals of this survey are to:

  • Assess Program satisfaction year over year
  • Identify areas for improvement within the Program, and solicit ideas for potential changes 

Today, we are pleased to share a summary of the survey results with Approved Vendors and Designees. The 2023 Illinois Shines Approved Vendor and Designee Program Satisfaction Survey summary is a high-level report, and individual responses have not been reported out.

The Program Administrator will re-issue the survey on an annual basis in order to compare results from prior years and to continue to assess satisfaction levels. The Program Administrator has reviewed the response data and provided a full report of the results to the IPA. The report included the distribution of responses, the distribution of scores for each question, top areas of satisfaction, top areas for improvement, and recommended next steps for addressing areas of improvement.

Our next steps include disseminating the feedback to the appropriate Program Administration sub-teams to consider suggested solutions based on the responses received.  As recommendations from the survey are incorporated into Program processes, information will be shared in market announcements.
