The Program Administrator has updated the Acknowledgement Form and Acknowledgement and Consent Form to conform with the new 2021 REC Delivery Contracts. The edits to these forms now ensure that they are able to accommodate assignments under all versions of the REC Contract (2019 REC Delivery Contract, 2021 20-year REC Delivery Contract, and 2021 15-year REC Delivery Contract).
These forms can be found on the Resources tab of the Program’s website or embedded in the Assignment FAQ.
