The Illinois Finance Authority, in collaboration with the Climate Infrastructure Group, will host an upcoming roundtable discussion as part of the Clean Energy Finance Series in light of recent Federal legislation and uncertainty around the Investment Tax Credit (ITC).
The event will include a presentation on possible pathways to support projects at risk of missing tax credit deadlines, a Q&A on options for low-cost finance, and a roundtable discussion at the end.
This roundtable will bring together community solar developers to:
- Share input on how ITC changes are affecting their project pipelines
- Explore solutions, including potential public financing and investment strategies
- Discuss possible pathways to support financially vulnerable projects
Community solar developers and members of their finance teams are especially encouraged to participate.
