As a result of the passage of the Climate and Equitable Jobs Act (Public Act 102-0662), a substantial refresh of the Adjustable Block Program REC contract has been completed. The two 2021 REC Delivery Contracts and redline versions comparing the contracts to previous versions of the contract have been posted to the ABP website. For clarification on which 2021 REC Delivery Contract is applicable to each project type, please see Section 8 (on pg. 93) of the recently released updated Program Guidebook.
