As of approximately 11:00 a.m. CPT today, the Program Administrator became aware of an issue preventing documents from being uploaded and downloaded in the portal. This means that Approved Vendors are unable to submit both Part I and Part II applications or send Disclosure Forms at this time. Approved Vendors are able to input and save information in application data fields but cannot submit applications due to the inability to upload and save attachments. Disclosure Forms can be generated, but Approved Vendors and Designees will not be able to send them for e-signature.
This is a temporary issue and the Program Administrator’s technical team is actively working on the issue, including determination of the cause and necessary solution, which will determine when the functionality will be restored. The team has confirmed all existing attachments and other application data is intact. The portal otherwise remains available for use while the issue is being resolved, with the exception of the planned outage.
THE PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR WILL TAKE THE PORTAL DOWN FOR APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES BETWEEN 3:00 – 3:30 p.m. CPT TODAY IN ORDER TO TROUBLESHOOT THIS ISSUE. PLEASE NOTE THE PORTAL WILL BE INACCESSIBLE DURING THIS TIME. Any users working in the portal should save their work prior to the 3:00 p.m. CPT start of the system maintenance window, as any unsaved information will be lost when the system is moved into maintenance mode.
