At approximately 11:00 a.m. CPT today, the Program Administrator became aware of an issue preventing documents from being uploaded and downloaded in the Program portal, which prevented Approved Vendors and Designees from submitting both Part I and Part II applications or sending Disclosure Forms. Approved Vendors and Designees were still able to input and save information in application data fields but unable to submit applications due to the inability to upload and save attachments. Approved Vendors and Designees could still generate Disclosure Forms, but were unable to send them for e-signature.
Following an announcement to stakeholders, the Program Administrator briefly put the portal into maintenance mode at 3:00 p.m. CPT to approximately 3:15 p.m. CPT and was able to restore the ability to upload and download documents, enabling Approved Vendors and Designees to resume submission of Part I and Part II applications and to send Disclosure Forms for e-signature. The Program Administrator continues to monitor the situation and is examining the cause of the issue, but Approved Vendors and Designees may resume application submission and Disclosure Form e-signature activities.
