According to sections 6.3.1 and 6.4 of the Long-Term Renewable Resources Procurement Plan, REC prices decline by 4% between Blocks. REC pricing for Block 4, which is applicable for capacity allocated via the discretionary capacity allocation, is available in PDF format and Excel format.
