On September 23, 2024, the Program Administrator issued the 2024 Illinois Shines Approved Vendor and Designee Program Satisfaction Survey. This survey aims to gauge the satisfaction of Approved Vendors and Designees participating in the Illinois Shines program. Program participant feedback is invaluable to us and helps us improve the Illinois Shines program. All participating Approved Vendors and Designees are encouraged to complete the survey.
The specific goals of this survey are to:
- Assess Program satisfaction scores year over year
- Identify areas for improvement within the Program, and solicit ideas for potential changes
The initial deadline for survey completion was October 11, 2024. However, we have extended the survey completion deadline to October 25, 2024 to allow for greater participation. If you haven’t already, please take a few moments to complete the survey. Your input is greatly appreciated. This survey is not limited to one respondent per company, as we recognize that multiple people per company may be involved in the Program.
Each year, the Program Administrator will re-issue the survey. The Program Administrator will review the response data, including year-over-year trends, and provide a full report of the results to the IPA. The report will include the distribution of responses, distribution of scores for each question, top areas of satisfaction, top areas for improvement, and recommended next steps for addressing areas of improvement.
We also intend to publish a public summary report of the survey results, including next steps to address identified concerns and opportunities. The summary provided will be a high-level report, and any individual responses will be reported anonymously, if at all.
