Dear Illinois Shines Approved Vendors (AVs) and Equity Eligible Contractors (EECs),
The Program Administrator is excited to announce the next round of Illinois Shines AV and EEC Roundtables, hosted virtually throughout November and December. The Roundtables provide an opportunity for participants to:
- Share questions, feedback, and insights regarding Program challenges and market obstacles with members of the Program Administrator team
- Connect with and learn from other AVs and EECs
- Learn about the initiatives undertaken by the Program Administrator based on previous feedback
Insights from previous Roundtables have informed Illinois Shines program improvements, including Portal enhancements, process optimizations, new resources, and more.
To attend, please complete the 2026-27 Roundtable Interest Form and choose your preferred roundtables and discussion topics. The expected time commitment for the roundtables is 60-75 minutes. The Program encourages AVs to RSVP and attend Roundtables, even if they may not be able to stay for the full event. The deadline to complete the form is September 22, 2026.
