Updates to use of ‘Unavailability of Net Metering Customer Acknowledgment’ Form 

The January launch of the updated Disclosure Forms eliminated the need for new customers to sign an ‘Unavailability of Net Metering Customer Acknowledgment’ form in situations where it was previously required.  

Please note that customers who signed an older version of the Disclosure Form (generated prior to January 7, 2025) must still complete an ‘Unavailability of Net Metering Customer Acknowledgment’ form.   

Any current Need Info requests for a signed ‘Unavailability of Net Metering Customer Acknowledgment’ form remain valid.
