On September 5, 2025, the Illinois Shines and Illinois Solar for All Program Administrators hosted the Consumer Protection Working Group to discuss market trends, best practices, consumer education, updates to Program requirements and documents, and other consumer protection issues for both Illinois Shines and Illinois Solar for All. The monthly working group is an opportunity for consumers, solar companies, community and nonprofit organizations, and other members of the public to directly provide insights and perspectives to both the Program Administrators and IPA.
