Portal Enhancement: Added date field validations to project application

Added validations to the following project application date fields to improve data quality and reduce Need Info cases

  • Final Interconnection Approval Date (Actual or Estimated) [Part I, section 6] must be on or after 6/1/2017.
  • Interconnection Approval Date [Part II, section 2] must be on or after 6/1/2017.
  • Project Online Date [Part II, section 2] must be on or after 1/1/2000.
  • Date of Project’s Certificate of Completion or PTO [Part II, section 2] must be on or after      1/1/2000.
  • Date on which Construction Activities for Project were completed [Part II, section 2] must   be on or after 1/1/2000.
  • Installation Contract Execution Date [Part II, section 3] must be on or after 1/1/2000.
