AVs and Designees will now have additional validations that enhance data integrity during bulk CS subscription uploads and when editing subscriptions individually. The validation enhancements are as below:
- On bulk and edit individual subscription, if “Last 5” are entered as 0, it will be stored as 00000 just like other cases where 0’s are appended to the front of any “Last 5” submitted that is under five digits.
- On bulk and edit individual subscription, “Subscription Size (kW AC)” on Ameren subscriptions will now accept up to four decimal places.
- On bulk subscription updates, “Date Subscriber Sent to Utility” cannot be greater than today’s date when activating a new subscription or updating a subscription.
- On bulk subscription updates, “Date Subscriber Sent to Utility” cannot be greater than today’s date and must be greater than the terminated date when reactivating a terminated subscription.
- When editing a bulk or individual subscription, user will not be allowed to update “Subscription Size Effective Date” or “Date Subscriber Sent to Utility” when there is no size change expected on a reactivation, to ensure data does not go out of sync with historical record.
- When changes are made to the event timeline on an individual subscription of a currently terminated record, the “Date Subscriber Sent to Utility” and/or “Subscriber Size Effective Date” will be updated depending on whether the latest active timeline or latest size change is updated.
