Part II Submissions require photograph(s) of a project showing all installed modules. Project photographs must show all modules clearly enough to verify the number of modules installed and ensure that the number matches the project information and tracking registry (GATS or MRETS) data. Clear and well-lit photos of modules help expedite application review, while blurry or incomplete photos can result in requests for additional photos, creating Need Info delays. Aerial photos of the modules are not required, but are helpful and can allow the reviewer a clear view of the installed modules, layout, and orientation. When aerial photos are not available, clear photos of each full array must be submitted with the application.
