The Program Administrator publishes Tips and Tricks to help support stakeholders in avoiding project applications entering Need Info status and delaying their review and approval.
- Please ensure the system sizes listed on the application’s Disclosure Form match the data shared on the project application. When a size discrepancy between the application and the Disclosure Form exceeds 1 kW or 5%, a Need Info request will be issued, resulting in a delay of application review, unless a new Disclosure Form is provided at time of submission.
- If an updated Disclosure Form is completed before Part II submission, stakeholders can note the Disclosure Form ID number in the Part II ‘Overview Comments’ field or upload a copy of the form as a Part II ‘Additional Document’.
