Approved Vendor – Customer REC Contract document

AVs attempting to submit customer-owned Part I Distributed Generation project applications of any category will now be required to upload the Approved Vendor – Customer REC Contract. This document can be uploaded via Documents Upload after completing all other sections, as with other required documents, and may be the same as the Proof of Site Control and/or the project sales contract/lease/PPA document. IPA and PA users will continue to not have document requirements enforced while processing applications.
