Collect co-location affidavit on Part I CS projects

AVs attempting to submit Part I Community Solar project applications of any category will now be required to upload a “Notarized affidavit of subdivision/co-location” to attest that (i) the parcel on which the project is sited has not been subdivided within the last 5 years and (ii) the project is not affiliated with any other Community Solar projects in a manner that would cause the 2 projects, if deemed co-located, to exceed the 10,000 kW nameplate capacity limitation. This document can be uploaded via Documents Upload after completing all other sections, as with other required documents. IPA and PA users will continue to not have document requirements enforced while processing applications.

AVs attempting to submit Part I Distributed Generation project applications greater than 25 kW AC in size of any category will now be required to upload a “Notarized affidavit of co-location” to attest that the project is not affiliated with any other Distributed Generation projects, such that, if the two projects were deemed co-located, the projects would exceed the 5,000 kW nameplate capacity limitation. This document can be uploaded via Documents Upload after completing all other sections, as with other required documents. IPA and PA users will continue to not have document requirements enforced while processing applications.
