The IPA understands that the ComEd community solar subscription portal has been inaccessible since February 15, 2024, despite being scheduled to come back online on February 20, 2024. The IPA is working closely with ComEd on a solution for AVs impacted by this outage that need to conform with the March Quarterly Reporting Period and February 29, 2024 deadline for inputting subscription data. AVs with projects that need to report subscriptions for this quarter will receive specific instructions regarding next steps in this extenuating circumstance.
