Following the March 7, 2025 release of the draft 2025-26 Program Year Program Guidebook, the Agency discovered the omission of two scoring criteria in Appendix E – Scoring Criteria for Traditional Community Solar Projects. The Agency has updated Appendix E to include the two omitted scoring criteria and today publishes an updated draft 2025-26 Program Year Program Guidebook and redline comparison between current 2024-25 Program Guidebook and draft 2025-26 Program Guidebook. The documents can be found on the Program website’s Program Documents page.
The March 26, 2025 deadline for stakeholder feedback on the Draft Program Guidebook, Draft Consumer Protection Documents, and Draft REC Prices, outlined in the March 7, 2025 announcement, remains in effect. See the full announcement for details on submitting feedback on the draft documents.
