On March 7, 2025, the Program released the draft Program Guidebook, draft Consumer Protection documents, and draft REC Prices for the 2025-26 Program Year. The announcement details next steps in the Program Guidebook comment and updates process, as well as high-level changes to the draft Program Guidebook, draft Consumer Protection documents, and draft REC Prices. Redline comparisons between the current and draft documents have been posted on the Program Documents page. Comments for the draft Program Guidebook, draft Consumer Protection documents, and draft REC Prices are due on March 26, 2025.
