Approved Vendors can now attest in Part 1 – Section 2 and Part 2 – Section 1 of an EEC CS project application that they are self-performing all project work and demonstrate they meet the requirements to receive the $5/REC adder for the project. This attestation applies to all CS project types (CDCS, Traditional Community Solar, Public School) where project category is EEC. If attesting, a supporting document providing a narrative explanation for this adder is required.
