Disclosure Form Signature Requests for DG Disclosure Forms in Spanish were contacting the signer with an email requesting the signer to sign the Disclosure Form that was written in English. The Disclosure Form document itself was written in Spanish, but not the request email. This has been corrected and the email to the signer for Spanish DG Disclosure Form Signature Requests will now be written in Spanish. Please note, CS Spanish Disclosure Forms were already using a signature request email written in Spanish and not affected.
