Each Program Year, the Program Administrator issues the Illinois Shines Approved Vendor and Designee Program SatisfactionSurvey to gauge the satisfaction of Approved Vendors (“AVs”) and Designees participating in the Illinois Shines Program. Survey results will be reported to the IPA and published in a summary report of the survey results, including next steps to address identified concerns and opportunities. All responses will remain anonymous. Program participant feedback is invaluable, aiding the Program Administration team in identifying Program improvement opportunities. On February 2, 2026, the Program Administrator opened the 2025-26 Approved Vendor and Designee Program Satisfaction Survey. All participating AVs and Designees are encouraged to complete the survey, and multiple respondents per company are accepted as the Program recognizes that multiple people at a company may be involved in the Program. The deadline for survey completion is February 27, 2026. Your input is greatly appreciated. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete.
