Project Application Reports
The Program maintains application processing tables to inform stakeholders about current processing progress and statuses. Two tables are presented at this page:
- The first table shows the processing status of applications by Project Category and Application type, including the number of Applications in the Processing Queue, and the number of Applications Currently in Need Info status.
- Please note, applications are reviewed in order of submission date.
- An application submitted prior to the date shown in the “Reviewing Applications Batch Paid/Submitted As Of” may still be in the verification process or in Need Info status, as the Program Administrator may be reviewing data from multiple locations, performing or confirming calculations, or completing other activities necessary to verify the information in the application.
- The second table shows specific application processing detail for the current week (or the prior week), including the number of applications that are batch paid/submitted, and the number reviewed, the number placed in a Need Info status, and the number of Applications verified.

February 17, 2026 – Following a spike in the submission of Small DG project applications, review of Part I applications has exceeded the 10-day expected turnaround time. The Program Administrator is working to bring application review back into the expected turnaround time and will continue to inform stakeholders of progress. In addition to information available at the Project Application Reports page, the status of individual project applications can be checked with the Project Look Up Tool.
