The field ‘Additional Details or Explanatory Information’ on DG Disclosure Forms has increased from a maximum of 500 to 2,000 characters. AVs and Designees will now be able to enter up to 2,000 characters of text in this field on DG Disclosure Forms. Note: This field was already 2,000 characters on the CS Disclosure Form.
