Market Facing Enhancements:

  • Updates to required field logic on AV (ILABP-982)
    The following updates have been made on to the logic for which fields are required when an Approved Vendor submits Project Applications

On All Project Applications:

  • In Part 1 Section 3, the “Installation Contract Execution date” field (only needed in the Part 2 application). In Part 1 Section 3, the “Number of Graduates of Job Training Programs…” field not required before saving and continuing.
  • In Part 1 Section 4, the “Total Array Output (DC kW)” visible for all project applications as a read only field and auto calculate based on the array orientation.
  • The “Total Array Output (DC kW)” field automatically recalculates when changes are made to the array orientation.
  • In Part 2 Section 1, “Total Array Output (DC Watts)” changed to “Total Array Output (DC kW)”.
  • In Part 2 Section 3, the “Name of Qualified Person who conducted installation” field a required field before saving and continuing
  • In Part 2 Section 3, the “ICC Docket Number for the Certification of the DG Installer of record“ field a required field before saving and continuing
  • In Part 2 Section 4, the “Does your system have battery backup?” field a required field before saving and continuing

On Community Solar (CS) applications (TCS, CDCS, ECC, Public Schools):

  • In Part 1 Section 2, the “In what county is the project located?” field a required field before saving and continuing.

On Community Driven Community Solar (CDCS) applications:

  • In part 1 Section 2, the “Was this project developed in response to a site-specific bidding process issued by a municipality or community group?” field a required field before saving and continuing.
  • Part 1 Section 7, the “Does the project commit to only serve the subscribers in the same county in which the project is located?” field a required field before saving and continuing.
