Enhancement:
Add additional supported file types to project application documents.
Project applications will now accept attachments with .png, .heic, and .jpeg files. This is in addition to the existing supported file types of .pdf and .jpg.
Bug Fix:
Spanish DG PPA and Purchase Disclosure Form PDFs text corrections
Minor corrections to grammar and wording in Spanish Distributed Generation PPA and Purchase Disclosure Forms have been made.
