Portal Maintenance to Address Disclosure Form Visibility Issue

The Program Administrator became aware of an issue in which some Disclosure Forms associated with one of an Approved Vendor’s (AV) Disclosure Form Designees may have been temporarily accessible to other Disclosure Form Designees operating under the same Approved Vendor. Specifically, Disclosure Forms may have been accessible via the Program portal’s Disclosure Form Report export functionality following a recent portal update release.

The Program Administrator is developing a solution designed to fix the issue and has temporarily removed the Disclosure Form Report export functionality from the portal until the fix is complete. The Program Administrator will be updating the portal to ensure appropriate Disclosure Form access and expects to restore access and export functionality in the coming weeks. In the interim, Approved Vendors and Designees may request support directly from the Program Administrator if they require an exported Disclosure Form report.

The Program Administrator apologizes for the inconvenience to users and thanks all Program participants for their patience as this issue is remedied.
