AVs attempting to submit Part I Distributed Generation project applications of any category will now be required to upload a project sales contract, lease, or PPA document (specific document name dependent on financing structure). This document can be uploaded via Documents Upload after completing all other sections, as with other required documents, and may be the same as the Proof of Site Control and/or Approved Vendor – Customer REC Contract. IPA and PA users will continue to not have document requirements enforced while processing applications
