As outlined in Section 5.A of the 2026-27 Program Guidebook, “Change of Approved” sub-section, a project that has been waitlisted or otherwise not yet selected for a REC Contract may change its Approved Vendor. Transfers or AV Switch requests require a binding document between the AVs participating in the transfer, and an AV Switch Binding Agreement should be executed and submitted to the Program Administrator upon Transfer of the ABP Project Application. AVs should provide the project application ID, batch ID, and involved entities in the request email to streamline the process and reduce the need for additional questions about affiliated projects.
