For all Approved Vendors using PV Watts, when there is a data rejection which causes an error code of 422, the error message returned will include more details about the data rejection so that the Approved Vendor can resolve the data issue without having to contact the administrator for support. All Non 422 Error responses will continue to provide a generic message to users to contact their administrator.
