Registration for AVs and Designees for the 2025-26 Mentorship Program Fall Cohort opens Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. CPT on the Mentorship Program page and will close on September 12, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CPT.
The Mentorship Program provides mentees with virtual courses and training covering Program processes and requirements and facilitates opportunities to network with other market stakeholders. Mentees are expected to attend each of the eight 75-minute virtual trainings to be held on Wednesdays at 11:00 a.m. CPT between October 1 and November 19, 2025, as well as an in-person networking event to be hosted on November 20. AVs and Designees certified as Equity Eligible Contractors (EECs) and/or those that are minority-owned, woman-owned, veteran-owned, disability-owned, or are considered small businesses are encouraged to register as mentees.
The Mentorship Program will also solicit applications from experienced AVs and Designees willing to serve as mentors and share insights into Program and solar industry-related topics. Mentors are expected to attend 75-minute virtual trainings during the Fall Cohort (between October 1 and November 19) and Winter Cohort (between January 12 and March 4), in which they will participate in two assigned trainings per cohort to share Program and industry insights. Mentors will receive invitations to attend in-person networking events in November and March where they will have the opportunity to connect with mentees, fellow mentors, Program Administration staff, and other market stakeholders.
Please note that space is limited. Both mentors and mentees will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
