On January 10, the Illinois Power Agency issued the 2025 REC Pricing Model Cost Input Survey to Approved Vendors and Designees. Approved Vendors and Designees in the Illinois Shines and Illinois Solar for All programs are encouraged to respond to this survey to support the Agency in collecting Illinois-specific project cost data for use in the improving the modeling used to set REC prices for the upcoming 2025-26 Program Year.
PLEASE COMPLETE THIS SURVEY BY JANUARY 24, 2025.
The survey collects information on aggregated costs of projects completed in 2024, projects costs for projects expected to be completed in 2025, and input on certain key financial assumptions. For background on the REC Pricing Model Cost Survey and its purpose, please see the Agency’s initial proposal for the survey, stakeholder feedback, and the Agency’s response to feedback and refinement of the cost collection approach.
