The previously required question “Does the system meet the Minimal Shading Criteria?” and adjacent hyperlink to the Program Guidebook have been removed from Part I Section 4 and Part II Section 1 as minimal shading is no longer relevant to the program. The related data field has likewise been removed from AVs’ “Export Project Data” on the AV Project Applications dashboard, as well as the Program Administrator’s “Export Workbook Details to Excel” on the DG App Assignment Dashboard used to create App Processing Workbooks for bulk processing.
