AVs can now use the CSV upload to specify in a Disclosure Form how a promised REC incentive will be passed through to the customer. This explanation is required if the REC incentive passthrough amount is greater than 0.0 for customer-owned (Project Purchase) Distributed Generation projects. The CSV template for Distributed Generation Project Purchase Disclosure Forms has been updated to include this new field.
