Application Tips and Tricks – Timely Responses to Need Info Requests Emails

When a Need Info request is issued, timely response to the Program Administrator is required. A tip for AVs is to search email inboxes for “needs more information” to quickly find requests for information related to applications placed in Need Info status. AVs may request clarifications as needed, or to initiate dialog to work through unusual situations, and responding to a Need Info email – rather than starting a new email thread – will result in quicker processing. Need Info requests are sent on Mondays and Wednesdays.
