Upcoming Minimum Equity Standard (MES) Compliance Webinar – April 15, 2025

To advance the objective to help historically underserved communities participate in and benefit from the growing clean energy economy in Illinois, the Climate and Equitable Jobs Act directed the Agency to establish an Equity Accountability System (EAS). A feature of the EAS is the Minimum Equity Standard (“MES”), applicable to all applicants to the Agency’s renewable energy procurements, both through Illinois Shines and the Agency’s competitive procurements.

To ensure compliance and prepare for the upcoming Illinois Shines Program Year, AVs and Designees are invited to join the Program’s upcoming Minimum Equity Standard (MES) Compliance Webinar on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. CPT. This webinar will provide guidance on submitting Year-End Reports for the 2024-25 Program Year and outline Compliance Plan requirements for the 2025-26 Program Year. Register here:
